When I started
I started 3 months ago to help increase strength and flexibility for ballet.
How I started
I watch yoga classes on tv.
Why I love it
It relaxes me and relieves stress.
How I stay motivated
I remind myself how flexible and relaxed I'll be if I do my yoga everyday =).
I started in September of 2002.
I went to my local dance studio just after my sister had quit.
It makes the dancer feel strong, beautiful, and elegant. I can't imagine my life without it. Ballet embodies grace and happiness.
I never need to stay motivated because I love it so much.
